AGM Dates Due 15 June

Hi all,

Just a friendly reminder of the upcoming due date for you to notify Council of your Annual General Meeting (AGM) date and location.

The due date is 15 June 2023. This is to give us time to organise and advertise the AGM’s to the community on 1 July.

Please notify us of the following information:

AGM Location:

AGM Date & Time:

Please notify Council by emailing [email protected] 

Reminder when setting AGM date:

• AGM’s are to be held in either July or August
• Financial Statement and Annual Member update uploaded and copy of AGM minutes forwarded to Council no later than 1 September
• Please consider these timelines when arranging the AGM.
