Special Events
For a one-off 'special event', such as State, National or Divisional Championship or an Event not related to the primary use of a facility where the number of people and vehicles accessing the facility will exceed normal usage, you must advise Council that you have been successful in securing the event as soon as possible as an event application may be required.
Ideally, three months notice of such an event is required to assess the application and gain relevant approvals, such as Traffic Control and Waste Management Plans (for local Association Grand Finals, one month notice is sufficient).
