Fees and Charges

Council sets fees and charges in consultation with the community, to cover the costs required to manage each community and recreation facility.

In accordance with the Local Government Act (1993), Council reviews fees and charges annually through it's Pricing Policy.

Council will advise all groups when fees and charges go on public exhibition (usually in May each year) and invite feedback and submissions.  You or your group can submit a recommendation for user fees and charges that apply to any facility.  Your submission will be considered and reported to Council.

Council will distribute the adopted Pricing Policy at 1 July of each year.  The Secretary must provide the Booking Officer with a copy of the Pricing Policy for the facility.

All hirers of Council facilities must be charged the relevant fees contained in the adopted Pricing Policy.
